Glenn Murray has raved about Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah on BBC Sport for his goal against Watford today.
The former Brighton and Hove Albion striker was blown away by Salah’s goal in Liverpool’s 5-0 hammering of Watford at Vicarage Road in the Premier League.
Salah scored in the 54th minute.
The 29-year-old Egypt international forward danced past three Watford players, cut inside of Craig Cathcart and then curled the ball into the far corner.
Murray said on BBC Sport: “Unbelievable from Salah, he twisted and turned. Watford players were in a heap and he just stokes it in the net with that left foot as we’ve seen so many times.”

World-class footballer
Pundits Darren Bent and Jamie Carragher believe that Salah is the best player in the world now.
Liverpool fans will agree with that assessment.
Now, of course, fans of other clubs will disagree.
Karim Benzema has been superb for Real Madrid and France, while Robert Lewandowski remains arguably the best number 9 on the planet.

What we cannot deny is that Salah is world class and has been for a few years now.
Liverpool will need Salah to play like he has been doing this season if they are to win the Premier League and the Champions League this season.
