Reported Liverpool target Ousmane Dembele may not play for Barcelona after December, according to ESPN.
What’s the story?
ESPN are reporting that if Dembele does not sign a new contract with Barcelona next month, then the La Liga club could completely ostracise him.
Barcelona could send the France international forward to the stands and not play him at all.
Earlier this month, TEAMtalk reported that Liverpool are lining up an offer to sign Dembele on a free transfer next summer.
Liverpool sporting director Michael Edwards is reportedly a big fan of the forward and has told his bosses to bring him to Anfield on a free transfer next summer.

It would be a stunning decision if Barcelona do send Dembele to the stands.
It will be interesting if their plan to make the Frenchman sign a new deal works.
We have to say that former Borussia Dortmund star holds all the power here.
Yes, Dembele could lose a few months and not play football, but he is only 24 now and could have a number of clubs to pick from next summer.
Now, the forward has had injury problems, but he would be a free transfer next summer and would not cost anything in transfer fee.
We can understand why Dembele is so tempting to Liverpool.
And let’s not forget what Barcelona legend Lionel Messi said about Dembele.
GiveMeSport quoted the Paris Saint-Germain forward as saying about Dembele in March 2020: “His pace is frightening in training.”
