Jack Wilshere has claimed that Harry Kane’s form for Tottenham doesn’t concern him because is an ‘Arsenal fan’, as he told talkSPORT (14/10/21 at 7:40 am).

The Tottenham hitman has found life difficult in front of goal this season, including failing to score against Arsenal, a game where he is the highest goalscorer.

Unfortunately for Kane, that has transcended itself onto the international stage because the Spurs academy product also looked off it during England’s recent internationals.

But Spurs found some form before the internationals and they now viist the party-like atmpshere in Newcastle after their takeover.

Wilshere back Kane to get back to his best because he thinks he is a ‘top player’ and that’s what they do.

“It doesn’t concern me, no (Harry Kane’s form),” said Wilshere. “I am an Arsenal fan, so.

“Harry is one of the best strikers in the world. When you think of the top strikers in the world, Lewandowski, Benzema and Harry Kane. Like goalscorers.

“Harry scores goals and will always score goals. He might have a little dip now and again, but he will come back. He is another player that is technically so good, in front of goal. Left foot and right foot.

“Tottenham have had a difficult spell as well. At times, that’s difficult for a striker when he’s not getting the chances created for him. Harry is a top player, he has been a top player for years. He will come back for club and country strong.”

Kane’s lack of preparation in the summer, with the well-documented noises surrounded him, is now coming back to bite him.

He didn’t have a pre-season and was thrown straight into the mix with all the rumours circulating about him.

And even though he has put his head down since, it is now hurting him during these early stages because of a lack of preparation.

Luckily for the England captain, he has struggled to score during the early stages before and those London buses will come along as soon as he nets his first in the Premier League.
