Destiny 2 Festival of the Lost 2021 is here and it asks players to find and explore Haunted Sectors.

The event is Bungie’s own celebration of Halloween against Overwatch, Apex Legends, and other popular multiplayer titles. It comes with a bunch of masks to collect via Candy, and there’s also chests to open for rewards.

While the themed-event will last for a few weeks, you will need to speak with Eva Levante before you can truly start.

Where are the Haunted Lost Sectors in Destiny 2?

You will only be able to find and explore the Haunted Lost Sectors for Destiny 2 after completing the Gone But Not Forgotten quest.

Speak to Eva Levante in the Tower Courtyard to get your Festival of the Lost mask. Once you’ve done that, you will then need to acquire 100 candy and three spectral pages.

Completing the above for the lovely Eva will unlock your first Haunted Lost Sector. Enter it via node in the Director, complete the summoning ritual, and turn two spectral pages into manifested pages.

Return and speak to Eva in the tower, and add the manifested pages to the Book of the Forgotten. You will be given some rewards for completing the quest, and now you’ll be able to access Haunted Lost Sectors at your own choosing.

You can enter via node in the Tower or you can instead interact with the mission totem next to Eva Levante. Check out Bungie’s help post for more information.
