Some Leeds United fans on social media have been reacting after Mateusz Klich provided a beautiful assist for Poland on Tuesday evening.
The Polish side won 1-0 against Albania after a bit of crowd trouble caused the game to be delayed, but Klich was seemingly unaffected by what was happening in the stands.
Indeed, the midfielder set up the winner for his country, and it’s fair to say the assist was absolutely gorgeous.
Kilch picked up the ball just outside the box before taking a touch that created the perfect angle for a lofted cross to the back post.
From there, Karol Swiderski had a very easy task, tapping the ball into the back of the net, scoring what would prove to be the game-winner.
It wasn’t long before the clip of the goal started circulating between Leeds fans on social media, and, as you can imagine, fans were blown away by Klich’s assist.
Fingers crossed this assist can spark a run of form at club level.
