According to Sport, Tanguy Ndombele has been offered to Barcelona amid doubts over his future at Tottenham.
What’s the story?
Well, the Spanish news outlet believe Ronald Koeman is looking for a midfielder with a similar profile to Gini Wijnaldum.
Tottenham’s club-record signing finds himself on the shortlist alongside Franck Kessie, Donny van de Beek and Marcelo Brozovic.
According to The Athletic, Ndombele has already informed Spurs that he hopes to leave the club.
Now, it sounds as if Fabio Paratici is actively trying to help him achieve that, as he’s been offered to Barcelona.
Koeman was beaten to Wijnaldum by Paris Saint-Germain over the summer, and is clearly desperate to find an alternative.
Should Tottenham sell Tanguy Ndombele?

If Nuno Espirito Santo is going to see out his two-year contract, then we’d say Spurs have to sell Ndombele.
While his stock is still relatively high – although a big loss should be expected on the £53.8m investment – Tottenham must make a decision soon.
It doesn’t seem as if Ndombele will succeed under Nuno, and the Portuguese coach doesn’t seem to like him that much.

The Frenchman has made just three Premier League starts this season, and was axed from a pre-season friendly against Arsenal despite being fit.
However, if Daniel Levy has a more attack-minded manager waiting in the shadows in case Nuno continues to flounder, Ndombele should stay.
Under both Nuno and José Mourinho, the 24-year-old hasn’t really had the correct environment, or the right style of football, to show his best stuff.
Whatever happens, Levy and Paratici have a big decision to make.
