Bayern Munich have found their replacement for Kingsley Coman, who has split with agent Pini Zahavi amid reports Liverpool want to sign the winger, according to Sky Germany.

Coman has chosen not to sign a new contract with Zahavi after his deal with the renowned negotiator expired on August 31. The Frenchman had hired the Israeli earlier in the year as discussions with Bayern over a new contract stalled.

Per Sport1, Coman appointed Zahavi to find Premier League offers for the Bayern forward and held talks with Liverpool. The Bavarian outfit had refused to match his wage demands, with a €13m-a-year (£213k-p/w) gross salary considered their limit.

Liverpool ultimately did not advance their interest in Coman as Bayern Munich demanded €90m (£77m) to sell, per Christian Falk. But the Reds have retained their admiration since. Le10 Sport recently reported the Anfield natives could rival Manchester City as the 25-year-old dreams of playing in England. Having already won titles in France, Italy and Germany.

Coman’s split with Zahavi could pose a hitch for Jurgen Klopp’s Reds after Liverpool spoke with the super-agent this summer. But Sky Germany note the separation is not a positive signal toward the 34-cap international agreeing new terms in Bavaria.

Instead, Der FCB are still yet to open new discussions with Leroy Sane impressing and Jamal Musiala enhancing his reputation. Coman does not have an easy route back into the side, and Bayern Munich have eyes on a replacement if the Liverpool target does leave.

Bayern eye Ajax talent Antony to replace Liverpool target Coman

Coman has 20-months remaining on his current £141k-a-week contact at Bayern Munich, who could target Ajax talent Antony if the Liverpool target does not extend his terms. But the Bundesliga side face a €40m-50m (£34m-42.5m) asking price for the 21-year-old.

Julian Nagelsmann has admired Antony’s skills since his time in charge at RB Leipzig. The Brazilian prospect scored nine goals and assisted eight in 32 Eredivisie games last season. He has two goals in six games so far this term, plus two assists in the Champions League.

Coman, meanwhile, is yet to score or assist after four games and has only played eight-minutes since August after requiring surgery. An ECG showed he had a minor heart irregularity and needed a minor operation last month.
