Liverpool central defender Ibrahima Konate has told the club’s official website that Sadio Mane, Naby Keita and Divock Origi are helping him a lot at Anfield.
Konate joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window.
The Premier League giants paid £35 million for the 22-year-old French centre-back, according to BBC Sport.
The youngster has played once in the Premier League and once in the Carabao Cup for Jurgen Klopp’s side so far this season.
Konate has said that forward Mane, midfielder Keita and striker Origi have helped him settle at Liverpool.
The defender told Liverpool’s official website when asked if he has grown close to any teammates: “Maybe Sadio, Naby and Div Origi, because they speak French and it’s easier to speak with them. They helped me very well when I arrived at the club.”

Staying patient
It is really great of Mane, Keita and Origi to help Konate.
It shows how much the Liverpool players care about each other, not just on the pitch, but off it as well.
Konate is only 22, and although Liverpool paid £35 million, they will have to be patient with him.

Liverpool are well stocked in central defence.
Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez all are back from the injuries they suffered last season.
So, there is no immediate pressure on Konate to play each and every game.
The Frenchman can be afforded time and patience to grow.
