The reason why Apple devices may be faring worse is that Apple are in the process of launching new iOS 15 software and the Netflix app may not have updated.

Their first suggestion is to check Netflix’s status page to see if there is an issue with Netflix itself and if the streaming service has gone down.
If Netflix is working fine, then it could be an issue with your internet speed. Netflix requires a minimum of 1.5mbs to work and if you’re having internet issues it could be causing an issue.
Other potential fixes include trying a different device or internet browser as that could be where the issue lies.
Or if that still doesn’t fix the issue, clearing your browsing cache on your internet browser, turning off any VPNs you may be using or checking for viruses may be other viable solutions.
