According to reports, Brian Laundrie, fiancé of Gabby Petito, allegedly had a police note left on his car. Laundrie has reportedly been missing for a number of days.
Petito’s fiancé has also been named as a person of interest in the case.
Is Brian Laundrie missing?
23-year-old Brian Laundrie has allegedly disappeared in the midst of Gabby Petito’s case.
As per The Independent, police named Laundrie as a ‘person of interest’ in the case last week.
Petito’s fiancé was accused of being uncooperative with police before he reportedly went missing either last Tuesday or Wednesday (14th/15th September). According to Laundrie’s family attorney, Brian was headed for a hike in the Carlton Reserve before disappearing.
What did the police note say on Laundrie’s car?
In latest developments, Laundrie’s family allegedly found a police note on the 23-year-old’s vehicle.
According to this source, the police note asked for the vehicle to be removed.
Laundrie attorney, Steven Bertolino, said the family left the note until Thursday in the case that Brian returned to his parents’ home.
The family reportedly found the vehicle on Wednesday by the reserve.
Body matching description of Petito found
It has now been reported that a body matching the description of Petito has been found at a national park in Wyoming.
FBI agent Charles Jones spoke to the media: “As every parent can imagine, this is an incredibly difficult time for her family.
“The cause of death has not been determined.”
