Some Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Folarin Balogun for the Gunners’ Under-23 side against their Chelsea counterparts on Sunday.
What’s the story?
The Arsenal Under-23 side hammered their Chelsea counterparts 6-1 in Premier League 2 yesterday.
The star of the show at Kingsmeadow was Mika Biereth, who scored a hat-trick.
Balogun was involved in the game too, and the 20-year-old striker found the back of the net twice.
The Englishman, who is a Hale End academy graduate, won a penalty and then successfully took it himself.
The youngster then set up Biereth for his goal before making it 3-0 to Arsenal himself by firing into the bottom corner.

What are Arsenal fans saying?
As you can see from the tweets below, Arsenal fans were very impressed by Balogun’s performance.
Well, some of them anyway.
The striker made his debut for Arsenal in the Premier League earlier this season, but for now, he is playing for the Under-23 side.

It is very encouraging for Balogun that he is doing so well for the Arsenal youth team.
The Gunners will take on AFC Wimbledon in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, and perhaps manager Mikel Arteta will include the striker in the starting lineup.
