Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe has told Amazon Prime Video Sport that Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka is the best player he has played against in the Premier League.

Pepe has said that he enjoys watching Wan-Bissaka play, and believes that the 23-year-old right-back is good defensively and while going on the attack.

The Arsenal winger told Amazon Prime Video Sport when asked to name his toughest opponent in the Premier League: “I really enjoy watching him play. I would say Wan-Bissaka. I think he is very strong in both areas.”

Admiration

Wan-Bissaka is one of the best right-backs in the Premier League and is an important player in the United team.

The 23-year-old Englishman is often said to be better defensively than going on the attack, but, according to Arsenal winger Pepe, he is good in both areas.

Well, Pepe would know.

After all, the 26-year-old Ivory Coast International right-back has played against the former Crystal Palace star.

Pepe himself is a very good player, but the Arsenal winger does need to add consistency to his game.

The 26-year-old can score goals and provide assist, but the Arsenal winger does need to do it on a consistent basis.

The Arsenal no.19 has provided one assist in three Premier League games so far this season, and scored 10 goals and gave one assist in 16 league starts in 2019-20.
