Is Wendy Williams vaccinated?
Yes, surprisingly, Wendy was vaccinated. The 57-year-old chat show host experienced something known as ‘breakthrough COVID.’
According to CDC: “A vaccine breakthrough infection happens when a fully vaccinated person gets infected with COVID-19.”
Despite the low chances of getting a breakthrough COVID infection, studies conducted by the CDC have shown that the effectiveness of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna mRNA vaccines have declined in New York since delta variant cases became more common.
Many fans might know that like many other chat show hosts and celebs, Wendy lives in New York.
When does the chat show’s new season start?
While The Wendy Williams Show‘s season 13 was scheduled to begin on September 20 with a limited capacity studio audience, it has now been pushed forward.
A post on the show’s Instagram page revealed that season 13 is expected to start on Monday, October 4. In the meantime, repeat telecasts of the show’s old episodes will be available for fans to enjoy.
