Activision has confirmed the release date and time for when the Call of Duty Vanguard early access beta will start and you can preload it right now on Xbox and PC.

The newest CoD instalment takes fans back to the period of World War II, and it will be integrated with Warzone similar to Black Ops Cold War. The free-to-play battle royale will receive a new map named the Pacific, and this aims to launch alongside Sledgehammer Games’ forthcoming entry.

It won’t come out until November, but you will be able to play both exclusive and open demos very soon.

What time does the Call of Duty Vanguard early access beta start?

The release date and time for when the Call of Duty Vanguard early access beta will start and come out on Xbox and PC is 10:00 PT, 13:00 ET, and 18:00 BST on September 16th.

This is the first chance for the Xbox and PC community to experience the newest CoD title as all previous demos have been exclusive to PlayStation. There was an alpha that ran from August 25th until the 27th, and Sony loyalists have been able to enjoy the trial since September 10th.

It’s only the early access that is about to start for Microsoft and on computers as the open demo won’t launch until September 18th. Once this happens, all playable samples will then end on September 20th.

How to preload the Call of Duty Vanguard beta

You can download and preload the Call of Duty Vanguard open and early access beta right now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series X, and PC.

PlayStation fans can download the open demo from the PSN store, meanwhile the Xbox community can only pre-install the early access beta by pre-ordering the game. As for PC, you also need to pre-order the title but from battle.net.

Pre-ordering any edition of the game will allow you to participate in the exclusive playtest on Xbox and PC. As for what you will get to enjoy this weekend, the PlayStation Blog preview says soldiers will be able to choose from the new Champion Hill tournament mode or classic Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Kill Confirmed.

There will also be the new multiplayer mode Patrol, and three maps will be available: Hotel Royal, Red Star, and Gavutu.
