The Walking Dead season 11 episode 4 recap

Released on September 12th in the US, episode 4 of The Walking Dead season 11 is titled Rendition.

Placing the focus on Daryl, the episode sees Norman Reedus’s character get lured into a trap by a Reaper who is revealed to be Leah, Daryl’s former love interest.

She escorts Daryl back to her base where we are finally introduced to Pope, the leader of the Reapers and Daryl is interrogated about his own group but he refuses to divulge anything of importance.

This angers Pope, resulting in him putting Daryl and Leah into a burning building as a test but thankfully, Daryl survives the ordeal and he’s able to save Leah too, impressing Pope in the process.

However, Daryl is left wary of Pope and the Reapers after seeing his and the group’s fiery religious fanaticism first-hand.
