Graham Roberts has sent a message to Tottenham Hotspur defender Japhet Tanganga on Twitter after he was sent off against Crystal Palace.
The former Tottenham star has said that Tanganga, a Spurs academy gradate, should learn to calm himself down.
Roberts has also criticised the Spurs senior players for not taking charge and trying to pacify the 22-year-old defender.
What happened?
Tottenham went down 3-0 to Palace at Selhust Park in the Premier League yesterday.
Tanganga was sent off in the 58th minute, and all three goals in the London derby came after his dismissal.
The 22-year-old got his first yellow card for a challenge on Wilfried Zaha, and then he was given a second for mistiming a tackle on Andre Ayew.

Bouncing back
Tanganga is a versatile defender who can play as a right-back or as a centre-back.
The youngster was deployed as a centre-back against Palace.
The 22-year-old is still learning his trade and is very young.
The Tottenham academy graduate will learn from his mistakes against Palace.

Spurs head coach Nuno will have to keep faith in the defender now.
It could really affect the 22-year-old’s confidence if he is not given another chance.
