After keeping fans waiting for three years, Drake finally released his new album, Certified Lover Boy. While the musician’s latest creation has clearly impressed fans across the globe, his decision to include late rapper Juice WRLD’s quote in one of the tracks has made many emotional.

American rapper Juice passed away due to an accidental overdose in 2019 and his fans couldn’t help but thank Drake for featuring the late singer’s voice on Certified Lover Boy

Fans were in fact surprised to hear Juice on Drake’s track as the latter hadn’t dropped any hint about the special feature.

The late rapper’s voice can be heard on IMY2, a collab between Dizzy and Kid Cudi.

Juice WRLD followed in Drake’s footsteps to become one of the most celebrated rappers in 2020, even after his death. Five songs from his album Legends Never Die made it to the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.

The 19th track on Drake’s album begins with an introduction featuring a clip from one of Juice’s interviews from 2019

Juice is heard saying: “Closing your eyes and dying in your sleep.”

Fans were quick to find the origin of the video and shared the excerpt from the interview in which Juice is heard saying those words.

In the video, Juice says: “I think that’s what life is about. Truly finding yourself. And then closing your eyes and dying in your sleep. Finding yourself and finding other things. Finding yourself is one of the things, though, for sure.”
