According to Fotospor, Liverpool and Fenerbahçe have held positive talks over the signing of Divock Origi.
What’s the story?
Well, the transfer window may be closed for English clubs, although it’s still alive and kicking in Turkey.
Fotospor believe Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç has sent a plane to Liverpool, awaiting the final outcome of negotiations with the Reds.
The Turkish news outlet claim that Michael Edwards has been speaking to Selahattin Baki about a deal for Origi, who cost Liverpool £10m in 2014.
Talks are said to be progressing quickly and positively.
Fotospor add that Koç has even spoken to Liverpool CEO Peter Moore over the phone.
Liverpool would be crazy to sell Divock Origi now

In our view, it would be a bizarre decision from Liverpool if they sold Origi now, as the transfer window is closed.
Jürgen Klopp wouldn’t be able to replace the £60,000-a-week forward until January, and his frontline is already wafer thin.
Xherdan Shaqiri was sold to Lyon, as was Harry Wilson to Fulham.
Now, Origi and Takumi Minamino are the only options behind Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota.

For Klopp to leave himself with just Minamino as cover would be a mind-boggling decision, to say the least.
Yes, Origi has been poor for ages now, but he’s proven himself capable of stepping up and being the hero for Liverpool on numerous occasions.
For what it’s worth, Firmino was withdrawn against Chelsea due to injury, so that is just one example of why Klopp needs to keep his few options at Anfield.
With the Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Champions League all to play for, the Reds will seriously struggle if they sell Origi and go on to suffer injuries in attack.
