Manchester City have confirmed that Ederson Moraes has signed a new long-term contract with the club.

The Premier League champions announced on their official website that the Brazilian international had agreed a new deal. Ederson penned a contract that will keep the shot-stopper in Manchester until 2027.

Ederson signed for City in 2017 and has since gone on to establish himself as one of the best keepers in the division. The 28-year-old star has made 195 appearances for the club, keeping 94 clean sheets during that time.

The Brazilian’s previous contract with the club was due to expire in 2015, however, Ederson has signed on to an extra year with the reigning Premier League champions.
