PS4 players can now get Aloy in Genshin Impact update 2.1 while travellers on PC and mobile must wait until update 2.2.

Update 2.1 is poised to be the game’s greatest version yet as it starts with Baal and Kujou Sara until Kokomi arrives. Aside from three new playable heroes, the version will also celebrate the title’s first year anniversary with players literally asked to design a bus.

While all of the above is exciting, the arrival of Horizon Zero Dawn‘s PlayStation mascot is undoubtedly the game’s biggest addition since its release last year.

How to get Aloy in Genshin Impact on PS4

You must have an Adventure Rank of at least 20 to get Aloy for free in Genshin Impact update 2.1 on PS4.

Provided your Adventure Rank is 20 or higher, all you need to do then is log into the game and redeem her via mail. This is also how you get her exclusive Predator bow.

She is an entirely free warrior but you must claim her before November 24th. If you do not claim her before update 2.3, you will be unable to add her to your library of anime heroes.

Just so you know, she is a 5 stars heroine while her bow is only 4 stars.

How to get Aloy in Genshin Impact on PC and mobile

PC and mobile travellers will only be able to get Aloy in Genshin Impact during update 2.2.

You will be able to claim her at the same Adventure Rank and through the in-game main menu. While the PC and mobile community will be able to step into her garments and wear her fiery locks, they will not be able to wield her PlayStation exclusive bow.

Despite getting her later than PlayStation fans, she will still completely disappear on November 24th if she isn’t claimed.

When does update 2.2 come out?

The release date for update 2.2 is October 13th. This is confirmed by miHoYo as it’s when the Horizon Zero Dawn crossover ends for 2.1 on PlayStation.

Not much is known about future versions, but Tohma has been teased as a playable character for version 2.2. We first officially saw him in 2.0, and his affiliation with Ayaka has excited fans ever since he was leaked
