Married at First Sight UK has returned to our screens for a brand new season and viewers at home want to know when the series was filmed.
The daring E4 series sees singletons find their partners after laying each other at the altar as complete strangers.
The show features Australian expert Mel Schilling who flew to the UK from Australia earlier this year.

Married at First Sight UK season 6
Married at First Sight UK kicked off with its sixth series on Monday, August 30th.
The show features 16 new singletons who will live with their spouses in a big apartment block and use the help of matchmakers to guide them in their new relationships.
The series airs weekdays at 9 pm on E4.
When was Married at First Sight UK filmed?
The new season started filming on April 5th, 2021.
Speaking to The Sun, Australian expert Mel Schilling said that she flew to the UK this spring and isolated prior to the start of the show.
“After a very long wait, I’ve finally made it to the UK,” she told the publication at the time. “I’ve been self-isolating after my flight so I really am excited to get out there and started.
“We have just begun filming the brand new series of Married at First Sight UK and oh my god, it is going to be incredible. They all have their own very unique story to tell and I cannot wait for you all to fall in love with them.”
Mel worked on the previous series of MAFS in Australia.
Where is Married at First Sight UK filmed?
In previous series, coupled have married at Eastwell Manor in Ashford, Kent which is home to Champneys Spa hotel.
Therefore, we can expect that this year’s weddings have been filmed at the same place.
Who are the experts?
The 2021 experts include the likes of Mel Schilling, Paul C Brunson and Charlene Douglas.
Viewers at home might remember Paul’s stint from Celebs Go Dating where he appears next to dating agent Anna Williamson.
Charlene is a relationship and sex therapist who previously starred on E4’s The Sex Clinic.
