90min are reporting that Leeds United are willing to pay £30 million for Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore.
What’s the story?
It has been reported by 90min that Leeds are interested in signing Traore from Premier League rivals Wolves in the summer transfer window.
Wolves are looking for £40 million as transfer fee for the winger.
Leeds are ready to pay £30 million, and the West Yorkshire club will not cough up the extra £10 million needed.
The report has added that Traore is now expected to join Tottenham Hotspur on a loan deal with an obligation to make it permanent next summer.
Are Leeds United missing out?
Leeds reportedly being interested in Traore shows that they do think that the winger would make head coach Marcelo Bielsa’s side better.
Yes, the Whites have quality wide players such as Raphinha and Jack Harrison, but Traore would give their attack a different dimension.

The 25-year-old is very quick, athletic, strong, runs at defenders, and can whip in brilliant crosses.
Tottenham head coach Nuno described Traore as “unique” in Football.London this past weekend.
It now seems that Traore will now join Spurs, and that Leeds will miss out on the Wolves winger this summer.
