Last week, it was Harry Maguire poking fun at Leeds United; this week’s Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin enjoying his exploits against the Whites.
Leeds lost 5-1 at Manchester United last week, with Maguire taking to Twitter to admit hammering Leeds was fun.
Maguire was born in Sheffield and came through the ranks with Sheffield United, so beating the Blades’ Yorkshire rivals will always mean a lot to him.
The same goes for Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin – although he wasn’t quite able to secure a win against Leeds.
Calvert-Lewin headed to Elland Road on Saturday afternoon, and opened the scoring for Everton as he converted a first-half penalty – one he won himself having been fouled by Cooper.
Calvert-Lewin couldn’t resist the temptation to goad the Leeds fans, both pointing to the name on the back of his shirt and shushing Leeds supporters in the Don Revie Stand.

Another player born in Sheffield and a product of the Sheffield United academy, Calvert-Lewin just had to bask in scoring at Elland Road.
The England striker did have a couple of chances to score, but couldn’t take them as Leeds twice came from behind to secure a 2-2 draw.
Calvert-Lewin scored in an empty Elland Road last season and clearly enjoyed having the Leeds fans in the stadium this time around – a feeling he will no doubt want to experience for years to come.
