Michael Stewart has praised Celtic midfielder David Turnbull on Twitter for his performance against St. Mirren at Celtic Park today.
Celtic have hammered St. Mirren 6-0 at home in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon.
Turnbull was the star of the show, as the midfielder scored a hat-trick.
The 22-year-old midfielder found the back of the net in the 28th, 44th and 84th minute.
Celtic were helped by the sending-off of Alan Power in the 19th minute.
Former Hibernian and Scotland international midfielder Stewart was following the match, and he was impressed by Turnbull.

Turnbull have been superb for Celtic so far this season and has established himself as an important player in manager Ange Postecoglou’s team.
The youngster has scored three goals in three Scottish Premiership games.
The midfielder has also scored twice in three Europa League qualifiers.
Turnbull is becoming an important source of goals for Celtic, who are looking so good at the moment.
Of course, it is very early in the season and there is a long way to go, but the signs are very positive indeed for Celtic, who are aiming to reclaim the Scottish Premiership title from bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers.
