LaTanya, who is a mother of four, stated she is homeless and has been living in a car. Speaking to the Daily Mail, she revealed Dr. Dre cut her off in January 2020. Since then, LaTanya has been struggling to get a stable flow of income. After trying for over a year, she decided to seek help from others.

Speaking about why she created the GoFundMe, she told the Daily Mail: “I think GoFundMe campaigns are for people in desperate situations and I’m in a desperate situation. Some people were in awe of what I am going through and asked if I had a GoFundMe. I really don’t want to accept any handouts but I appreciate anything that is offered.”
At the time of writing, $3,315 has been raised.
