Some Liverpool fans on Twitter are waxing lyrical about Kostas Tsimikas’s performance tonight.
The Reds kicked off their Premier League campaign with a brilliant 3-0 win away to Norwich City.
Tsimikas is an important player for Liverpool these days due to Andy Robertson’s injury.
But the Greek left-back, who managed only five minutes of Premier League football last season, gave a brilliant account of himself at Carrow Road.
There was some hairy moments defensively but going forward, the former Olympiacos star, a £12 million signing last summer, looked immense.

Encouraging
This was very encouraging from the 25-year-old, it has to be said.
Yes there were some worrying moments as mentioned but, for the most part, Tsimikas looked very exciting, particularly in attack.
With the Scot potentially being out until September with ankle ligament damage, the Greece international is a very big player until then and no doubt he’ll get better.
