Former MLB star Aubrey Huff has been suspended from Twitter and he’s pointing blame at ‘liberal Karen’s’. The 44-year-old shared a screenshot on Instagram for proof.
Huff also thinks that his Instagram account might get suspended.
Aubrey Huff gets suspended from Twitter
Taking to photo-sharing platform Instagram, Huff posted a screenshot of his Twitter account suspension.
Aubrey wrote: “It finally happened! The beta cucks and liberal Karen’s over @twitter hate when people speak the truth or make money if their liberal platforms!”
The 44-year-old also cautioned fans to follow a backup account on Instagram, warning that his IG account could also get suspended.
“Follow my IG backup @aubreyhuff_official because it’s no doubt coming soon here! I consider this a badge of honor! I’ll never stop! Don’t you patriots!!”
Why did the sportsman’s Twitter account get suspended?
It’s currently unclear just what the breaking point for suspension was, but Huff has been known to stir Twitter debate through controversial posts.
Back in June, Aubrey took to the platform to claim that he would “rather die of coronavirus than wear a mask and live in fear.”
In the same month, Huff found out that Bruce Springsteen would need to be vaccinated to return to Broadway. Following this, he tweeted: “Makes song about being born in the USA. Doesn’t believe in freedom. What a p****!”
The sportsman has also sparked backlash on Instagram after he attended an anti-vaccination rally and posted about it during the hours leading up to his Twitter ban.
Aubrey Huff creates second Instagram account
As mentioned prior, the 44-year-old urged social media followers to follow his backup Instagram account, in the case that his current one gets suspended.
Huff’s second account, @aubreyhuff_official, currently boasts 28.2k followers who have presumably been directed from the suspension post.
One fan commented: “Haaa welcome to the club. I’ve been in Twitter jail 3x”
Another wrote: “Following both on here Aubrey. Keep going handsome.”
Somebody else took to the Instagram comment section: “Was it something you said??”
