Alberto Botines is ready to force Arsenal to allow Hector Bellerin to leave on loan after Inter Milan told the Spaniard’s agent that they cannot sign him permanently, per Calciomercato.

Inter have told Botines in no uncertain terms that there is currently no possibility of closing a deal for Bellerin. The Serie A champions do not have the funds available to acquire the right-back either permanently or on loan with an obligation to purchase him in 2022.

Instead, the only way Bellerin leaves Arsenal for Inter would be on loan with an optional pre-agreed buy clause. The impasse is also hindering Simone Inzaghi’s attempts to sign Denzel Dumfries, which the PSV Eindhoven defender’s agent, Mino Raiola, is also aware of.

Inter are in constant contact and working closely with Botines and Raiola to find a solution to their situation. But a deal for Dumfries is increasingly complicated as PSV are yet to sanction a loan deal. Arsenal, meanwhile, would allow Bellerin to, per Gianluca Di Marzio.

However, Arsenal would want assurances that Inter will buy Bellerin next summer to send him out on loan. The 26-year-old is in the final two years of his £110,000-per-week contract at the Emirates. Di Marzio even claims the Spaniard has told Gunners chiefs he wants to go.

Botines is now ready to force Arsenal to let Bellerin join Inter on terms more acceptable for the Nerazzurri. He does not want the defender to reach the final year of his contract in 11-months’ time in discontent. And the Spaniard is ready to help his agent if it means leaving.

Bellerin all set to join Inter Milan once Arsenal deal agreed

Arsenal are the final hurdle Inter Milan have left to clear to sign Bellerin as Inzaghi’s Achraf Hakimi replacement. The Gunners want assurances the Nerazzurri will sign him for €20m (£17m) next summer, per Calciomercato, which they cannot offer.

Bellerin has even already agreed on personal terms with the Serie A side, TuttoMercatoWEB report. And his deal with the San Siro natives would feature a pay cut, dropping to £60k-p/w on a five-year contract.

Now, Bellerin and Botines are working to force Arsenal to let him join Inter Milan on more agreeable terms. The ball is in the Gunners’ court if they continue to hold out for a purchase obligation, though.
