Blackpink Jennie sends Twitter to a tizzy with her latest Instagram updates sporting crop tops few days after a Korean media article called it ‘controversial.’ Blinks hail the K-pop star’s carefree attitude and throwing a shade at haters.
Jennie Kim has recently come back to South Korea from Los Angeles and upon returning shared a bunch of stunning pictures wearing various shades of pink crop tops.
Right after the 25-year-old K-pop songstress’s update, Blinks were quick to bring a Korean media article published a few days back that has pointed out crop tops to be controversial apparel in South Korea. The article directly mentions Blackpink’s Jennie and Rose sharing how the K-pop idols enjoy wearing crop tops but some Koreans have stated, “its embarrassing to see someone wearing a crop top in public.”

Blackpink Jennie has always been famed for having an ‘IDGAF’ attitude, claims blinks, recalling a number of iconic moments where Jennie clapped back silently making her statement. A fan gushed, “jennie throwing shade at kmedia for finding crop tops “controversial”. Queen behavior only!”
Speaking of Jennie Kim throwing ‘shade’, another blink added, “Remember when Jennie threw shade at kmedia in her 2018 Gaon SOLO performance,then threw shade by wearing censored pants after the lsg scandal, and now she shared images of herself wearing a crop top after Koreans thought she was “controversial”. We love a shady queen.”

Jennie apologizes to blinks for not being able to ‘greet them’ at the airport properly
Blackpink fans also shared how Jennie always tries her best to be considerate of fans. Jennie wrote in her Instagram story, ‘sorry for not being able to greet you more at the airport blink, happy anniversary!”
Speaking of Jennie’s apology, a blink wrote, “she really is the most selfless person because she doesn’t even have to address these situations (especially when it’s out of her control) but she always apologizes and reassures us that she’s okay. Jennie best girl!”
Another fan pointed out, “the fact that jennie was clearly uncomfortable and was having cameras shoved in her face in the airport and still she apologizes for not interacting too much on the airport shows how good of a person she is. we don’t deserve this woman.”
