Jazz-pop duo Tony Bennet and Lady Gaga have announced that they will once again be collaborating on an album calling it One Last Time– but be quick, tickets go on sale tomorrow (Thursday, July 22nd)

The native New Yorkers are scheduled to play at Radio City Music Hall in their home city at the start of August.

Their first album, Cheek to Cheek was released seven years ago earning them the Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. Their new album is set to be released later this year following the two gigs this summer.

How can you buy tickets?

Tickets go on sale July 22nd for both August 3 and 5 at 10 am ET. You can secure your tickets on the website Live Nation or Ticketmaster.

P.S. if like us, you don’t know what day of the week it is let alone the date and month, that’s tomorrow!

In the UK, this will be 3 pm – so you might want to book the afternoon off work to secure your tickets!

Bennet’s last NYC performance

Battling with Alzheimer’s disease since 2016, Bennet’s 95th birthday will be the same night the pair debut their new album.

Gaga tweeted: “I am so honoured and excited to celebrate Tony’s 95th birthday with him at these special shows.”

According to a press release for the event, these summer gigs may be the last for the Grammy winner in his home city. “Set appropriately at a venue that Tony has enjoyed a multi-decade run of sold-out shows.”

The Tony Bennett Quartet, the Brian Newman Quintet and an orchestra conducted by Michael Bearden will accompany the pair on stage- set to make it a memorable show, not just for Bennet but for the fans too.

To attend the gigs, fans are required to be fully vaccinated to enter the venue.

Children under the age of 16 are except however will have to provide proof of a negative covid-19 test and have to be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.
