According to the Evening Standard, Crystal Palace and Leeds are interested in signing PSV Eindhoven forward Noni Madueke.
Bayern Munich are also interested in the 19-year-old, who was released by Tottenham a few years ago.
Now, the teenager – who is rated at £15m – has rebuilt his career in the Netherlands.
In the 2020/21 campaign, Madueke scored nine goals and provided eight assists in 32 appearances.
If you’re wondering who might win the race for his services between Crystal Palace and Leeds, the south Londoners may just have an advantage.
Noni Madueke appreciates Crystal Palace
Speaking to Rising Ballers, the winger revealed that he spent time with Crystal Palace as a child, after being scouted by the Eagles.
Despite spending only a couple of years in SE25, Madueke says Crystal Palace did a lot for him, and he appreciates them.

He said: “Some of the best times of my career have been when I was a young player there, from Under-10s to Under-12s.
“I learned a lot and it was really the kickstart in my football journey. I appreciate them a lot.”
Noni Madueke should settle in with ease
If Patrick Vieira did beat Marcelo Bielsa to Madueke, the PSV Eindhoven No.23 should have no trouble settling in.
Why? Well, aside from spending time at Crystal Palace as a youngster, he will already know some of the boys at Selhurst Park.

Madueke has one cap for the England Under-21 side, where he has played alongside Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi.
A south Londoner, back in familiar surroundings, at a club who encourage tricks and skills – Crystal Palace and Madueke seem made for each other.
