Paris Jackson Casting

The musician turned actor was cast in the first two episodes of the spinoff anthology, and there are several more cast members to be announced for the rest of the series.

Jackson announced her casting via an Instagram post, where she said she was “humbled, excited and beyond grateful” to be cast in the show.

Within the same post, Jackson alluded to “lots and lots of blood” in the series, which is on brand with Murphy’s content.

Jackson made her acting debut in the 2018 film Gringo, and also played Becky in Season 3 of Scream.

Who Does Jackson Play in American Horror Stories?

  • Jackson plays Maya in American Horror Stories, appearing in the first two episodes of the series titled, ‘Rubber (Wo)man: Part One’ and ‘Part Two.’

Episode one welcomes house-flippers Michael (Matt Bomer) and Troy (Gavin Creel) along with their daughter Scarlett (Sierra McCormick) to the Los Angeles murder house from Season 1 of American Horror Story.

Maya is Scarlett’s classmate and potential love interest, who ventures into the haunted house to explore it with Scarlett.

American Horror Story Parallels

Episode 1 and 2 mirrors various beats from the original series, including the bathtub scene with Taissa Farmiga’s Violet, as well as her unethical relationship with Tate (Evan Peters).

Matt Bomer, who played Andy in Freak Show and Donovan in Hotel, returns in the spinoff, and Farmiga, Naomi Grossman and Billie Lourd are set to return later in the series too.

Set photos also suggest that Evan Peters will be reprising his Season 1 role.
