What is TeamViewer?

TeamViewer is one of Europe’s leading computer software companies.

Launched in 2005 and based in Germany, they help to provide remote access, focusing on cloud-based technologies to enable online remote support and global collaboration.

After the Covid-19 pandemic, people need to be able to connect worldwide more than ever, and TeamViewer claim to be at the forefront of that innovation.

TeamViewer are Man United’s new partner

Man United has just signed a five year partnership with TeamViewer.

Richard Arnold, Manchester United Managing Director, said:

“We are looking forward to using TeamViewer’s technology to drive digitalisation of the club and open new ways for us to connect with our fans. This will bring huge benefits to both of our organisations and, most importantly, to our fans around the world.”

For TeamViewer, the partnership will give them a global platform to build their reputation as a trusted software company.

And they feature on the kit

The TeamViewer logo features on the front of the new Adidas Man United home kit, which is plain red with a white rounded collar and sleeve cuff.

Man United has also revealed that TeamViewer will be on the front of the away and third kits that will be released in the coming weeks.

TeamViewer is the sixth shirt sponsor in the history of the club.

“The launch of our new home kit is an exciting moment before the start of every season and especially so this year as we welcome TeamViewer as our new principal shirt partner,” Richard Arnold said.

Oliver Steil, TeamViewer CEO, said that he is “very excited” to see his brand on the front of “one of the most iconic shirt in global sports”.

“The partnership with Manchester United is a key pillar to further shape TeamViewer’s perception as a global tech brand. We will support the club in its digitalisation efforts and show these use cases to all our users and customers worldwide,” he added.
