According to One in Israel, Maccabi Petah Tikva winger Liel Abada is currently in France and heading for the UK in order to sign for Celtic.
The Scottish Sun reported late last night that Celtic were pursuing Abada, and it looks like the deal is moving very quickly.
One claim that Abada has left Israel and is now in France, with London his next stop later today before catching another flight on to Glasgow.
It’s added that agent Dudu Dahan has closed the deal, and Abada’s move to Celtic will be done inside 24 hours with the Bhoys paying around €4million (£3.4million).
Club Brugge are claimed to be keen too, as well as teams in France, but it’s Celtic who appear to have won the race for Abada’s signature.
Abada, 19, has emerged as one of Israel’s top young prospects having racked up 20 goals and 10 assists in 76 games for Maccabi Petah Tikva.

Primarily a right-sided winger with great pace and trickery, Abada was targeted by Tottenham Hotspur in April according to One, but Tottenham appear to have missed out to Celtic.
Dahan could be key here, as his close relationship with Celtic has seen the likes of Rami Gershon, Efe Ambrose, Hatem Abd Elhamed, Beram Kayal, Ismaila Soro, Nir Bitton, Amido Balde and Stefan Scepovic join the Bhoys with his help.
