On July 10, rapper Indian Red Boy,  whose real name is  Zerail Dijon Rivera, death was confirmed by his friend on Instagram. The rapper was shot and killed.

Several fans have taken to social media to pay their tribute to the rapper. Meanwhile, his friends have also posted messages for him. The incident was captured on Instagram Live and the reports surrounding his death are still developing at the moment.

Who was Indian Red Boy?

Indian Red Boy was a California rapper who had over 16.7k followers on Instagram. Even though he had a large following, the rapper had posted only two pictures on his Instagram.

However, his Instagram stories reveal that he was very close to his family and friends. As per reports, the shooting had taken place at Hawthorne. The police revealed that the incident took place at 4 p.m. in the 14100 block of Chadron Avenue.

The report further stated that the “victim was a man in his 20s who was pronounced dead at the scene.” As of now, the story is still developing.

Rapper’s Instagram Live video explored

Indian Red Boy’s shooting was captured as the rapper had been on an Instagram live with his friend Kapone. The pair had been talking when shots were heard on the live.

In the video, Kapone can be heard asking Indian Red Boy where he was. The video ends shortly after this exchange.

Kapone also confirmed the news of the rapper’s death by posting tribute messages. Sharing a dancing video of Indian Red Boy, Kapone wrote: “

Tributes flood social media

Several people were quick to flood social media with tribute messages. One user wrote: “Rest In Peace. I can’t believe you gone !!!!!!!! I’m going to miss you and I remember when I used to go to school you got me a big bag of hot Cheetos so I don’t be mad at you, of course we both don’t listen we always end up doing stuff we wanted to do even got us In trouble. Good memories. I can’t f**king believe it you gone why too soon? 

Another added: “I love you gang this 5eva gang.” “Y’all be safe out there in L.A. man. I just saw them videos of Indian Red….that shit foul. Y’all please remain vigilant…my condolences to his family and loved ones,” wrote another.
