Arsenal teenager, Bukayo Saka, has told England’s Instagram story that Jadon Sancho is the funniest guy on camp.
The Arsenal academy product shared that he has known Sancho ‘since he was younger’ and he is always ‘making me laugh’.
Both players will be in action for England tonight as they prepare for the biggest game of their lives – The Euro 2020 final.
The flying wingers are seemingly fighting for the same spot, which is to play alongside Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling in a front three.
Nonetheless, this is what Saka had to say about Sancho ahead of the final at Wembley tonight.
“The funniest teammate, I would probably say is Jadon Sancho,” said Saka.
“I have known him since he was younger and he has been making me laugh since then and still now, so I would say Jadon.”
Well, all the fun and games of the past few weeks will now be put to the ultimate test.
A number of these England players have won Premier League titles and competed in Champions League finals.
But nothing will compare with the pressure that will face them tonight out on that Wembley pitch.
This is their time to write their names into the history books, alongside Sir Geoff Hurst, Bobby Moore and Sir Bobby Charlton.
If they do the business tonight then they, just like the team of 1966, will be remembered for decades to come.
