What a Euro 2020 it has been for England and Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka.

Despite being only 19, the Gunners gem has lit up the tournament just like he has done the Premier League over the past two years.

It’s such a massive stage for Saka but in spite of that, nothing seems to faze him.

On Wednesday, he fizzed in the brilliant ball which led to England equalising against Denmark, before ultimately sealing their place in the final.

The Arsenal star, who won the North Londoners’ Player of the Year last season, didn’t begin the tournament as an automatic starter.

But with the final against Italy coming tomorrow at Wembley, he made a very good case over starting against Roberto Mancini’s side.

And former Chelsea and Spurs boss Jose Mourinho believes that Gareth Southgate will indeed reward his Denmark performance with a place in the first XI on Sunday.

He told talkSPORT: “I think the kid has experience in the best league in the world, in the biggest league in the world. He’s showing great personality and I don’t Gareth is going to leave him out.”

Should he start?

In a word, yep.

Whether it’s the final of a major competition or a pre-season friendly, Saka, who earns £30,000 per week at the Emirates, seems to have an unshakeable mentality.

With the Three Lions having not won a competition since 1966, this is a time for cool heads and the Arsenal academy product has already proven that no matter the occasion, he has a game-changing composure about him and Southgate would be daft to not utilise that for such a massive night.
