According to HLN, Albert Sambi Lokonga believes that he is about to join Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.
What’s the story?
HLN are reporting that Lokonga will join Arsenal from Anderlecht in the summer transfer window.
The midfielder himself does not see any chance of the deal collapsing now.
The London Evening Standard are claiming that Arsenal will pay £15 million up front to Anderlecht for the 21-year-old midfielder.
The youngster will reportedly undergo a medical in Belgium in the next 24 to 48 hours before travelling to England.
Interestingly, The Sun are claiming that Lokonga is being signed by Arsenal as a replacement for Matteo Guendouzi.
Guendouzi joined Marseille on loan from Arsenal earlier this week.
The French midfielder cost the Gunners £8 million in transfer fee when they signed him from Lorient in the summer of 2018, as reported by Sky Sports at the time.

Good deal for Arsenal?
Guendouzi spent last season on loan at Hertha Berlin, and it is clear that he is not a player that Arsenal manager Arteta rates highly.
Lokonga is a year younger than the Frenchman and is being signed following reported recommendations from Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
Although the 21-year-old was deployed in a defensive midfield position last season, the Belgian can operate in a box-to-box role.
