The same studio that brings us ‘Dr Stone’ (2019) and ‘Fruits Basket’ (2019-2021), has now brought to fans on Netflix Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness and everyone can’t help but wonder who the voices are behind the characters!

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness is a horror-action CGI created by Capcom based on their popular franchise ‘Resident Evil’. The series is directed by Eiichiro Hasumi and animated by TMS Entertainment and Quebico.

The animated series will be set between the events of (games) Resident Evil 4 & 5 and will reprise the protagonists from Resident Evil 2, Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield.

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness – Voice cast revealed

The voice cast of Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness features the original members who voiced Claire and Leon in the game, for the 2019 remake of Resident Evil 2. The Japanese and English voice cast are as follows:

  • Toshiyuki Morikawa (Japanese) and Nick Apostolides (English) as Leon Kennedy.
  • Yūko Kaida (Japanese) and Stephanie Panisello (English) as Claire Redfield.
  • Megumi Han (Japanese) and Jona Xiao (English) as Shen May.
  • Fumihiko Tachiki (Japanese) and Ray Chase (English) as Jason.
  • Kenji Nojima (Japanese) and Billy Kametz (English) as Patrick.
  • Mitsuru Ogata (Japanese) and Doug Stone (English) as Ryan.
  • Kazuhiko Inoue (Japanese) and Joe Thomas (English) as Graham.

Toshiyuki Morikawa (Japanese) and Nick Apostolides (English) as Leon Kennedy

Toshiyuki Morikawa is a Japanese voice actor born on 26th January 1967 in Tokyo, Japan. He attended Katsuta Voice Actor’s Academy and is now head of ‘Axlone’, a voice acting company, founded by Morikawa.

His first credited acting role was in ‘Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor’ (1989). Since then, he has gone on to appear in over 400 titles as an actor and is most well known for his work in ‘Beserk’ (1997-1998) and ‘Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children’ (2005). For this year, he has appeared in over 10 titles but does not have any upcoming works. He does not have any known social media accounts.

Nick Apostolides was born on 1st March in Boston, Massachusetts, his exact date of birth is not known. He attended Merrimack College where he was educated in Communication studies and moved to California later in life, to pursue acting.

Apostolides first credited acting role was in ‘Faceless’ (2009). Since then, he has appeared in 50 roles as an actor and is most well known for his voice acting in video games such as ‘Life is Strange’ (2017) and ‘Resident Evil 2’ (2019). His only role for this year is as Leon in Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness (2021), in 2022 he is scheduled to appear in ‘The Witching Hour’. Yūko Kaida (Japanese) and Stephanie Panisello (English) as Claire Redfield

Yūko Kaida is a Japanese actress born on 4th January 1980 in Kanagawa, Japan. She is married to Tomoyuki Hirasawa and has 1 child. Kaida is represented by ‘Ken Production’.

Megumi Han (Japanese) and Jona Xiao (English) as Shen May

Megumi Han is a Japanese actress born on 3rd June 1989 in Tokyo, Japan. She is the daughter of Japanese actress, singer and astrologer Keiko Han. Han studied at Nihon University College of Art, graduating in Drama. She is represented by ‘Atomic Monkey’.

Her first credited acting role was in the 2008 film ‘The Cherry Orchard: Blossoming’. Fumihiko Tachiki (Japanese) and Ray Chase (English) as Jason

Fumihiko Tachiki is a Japanese actor born on 29th April 1961 in Nagasaki, Japan. He is represented by ‘Office Osawa’ and is currently married, though the name of his spouse is not known.
