David Dobrik has finally sold off his old house at LA’s Studio City, and the new homeowner is Tana Mongeau who announced the news via Twitter.
Vlog Squad star David has been dealing with a lot for the past few months. The YouTuber returned to vlogging in June after taking a long break from social media amidst various allegations against him.
However, in the thick of controversies, many fans noticed that the 24-year-old YouTuber had listed his old Studio City House for sale. And most recent developments reveal that it’s none other than Tana who bought the Hollywood property.
A peek inside David Dobrik’s old house
Just last year David made a big upgrade and paid $9.5 million for a brand new contemporary mansion in Sherman Oaks. However, his old house still has a charm of its own.
The star bought the Studio City house in 2017, where he lived with his manager Natalie Noel and several of his friends. He reportedly brought the property for less than $2.6 million and listed it for close to $3.5 million while selling it.
The property was built in 1953 and has a contemporary Mediterranean/Spanish style of design on the outside. The house sits behind gates at the end of a cul-de-sac.
It sits on a 2,900-square-foot area and has three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. There is an office in the name of a fourth bedroom.
Vlog Squad fans would have seen the property many times as it was often featured in their vlogs. It has hardwood floors, and spacious living as well as dining rooms. The kitchen is furnished with Wolf and SubZero appliances.
We already know from David’s vlogs that the decor is mostly white.
