MiHoYo has announced a release date for the long-anticipated Honkai Impact 3rd x Genshin crossover event, and this exciting occasion will allow players to get Fischl with minimal effort.
Both games are extremely popular due to their characters, and the occasion will be just the beginning of a very exciting month for fans of the Chinese developer. After all, update 1.7 should arrive in just a few weeks with the girl band trio of Ayaka, Yoimiya, and Sayu.
The wait for update 1.7 is agonising thanks to how long Inazuma has been hyped, but you can help pass the time by participating in miHoYo’s upcoming collaboration.
When is the Honkai Impact 3rd x Genshin Impact crossover event?
The release date for the Honkai Impact 3rd x Genshin event is July 9th.
While the arrival of the eye-patched heroine from Genshin is the highlight of the two worlds meeting, there will also be a new Outworld Quest for players to complete. This will see technology and magic co-exist in a grouped project between the major factions Schicksal and Anti-Entropy.
How to get Fischl in Honkai Impact
You will be able to get Fischl in Honkai Impact 3rd for free by simply logging into the game on July 9th.
Just so you know, her appearance will remain the same but she’ll be named Prinzessin der Verurteilung instead. In addition to being knighted with a new and more complicated name, she will also be blessed with revamped textures.
As the game’s first archer, players will want to fire at enemy weakspots to amp up the damage. You will be able to quick-fire with Oz and cast QTE to aid teammates on the battlefield.
The other character coming from Genshin Impact is the purple-haired Keqing who most people remember because of her cat ears.
You will not be able to unlock her like Fischl (sorry, Prinzessin der Verurteilung!), but miHoYo says that she will be present in the crossover story as a guest. It’s not known how large her role is, but you will be able to play as her during certain story battles.
