White, who is heavily linked with a move to the Gunners, is in the England camp and watched on from Wembley as Gareth Southgate’s side beat the old enemy Germany on Tuesday evening.
England have moved into the quarter-final of Euro 2020 as a result and will face Ukraine this weekend.
According to The Athletic, Arsenal are close to signing the Brighton defender in what’ll be a £50 million deal.

White is yet to kick a ball for the Three Lions during this competition.
But he clearly has a big future in the game and that’s probably why Arsenal are reportedly willing to make him their most expensive defensive signing of all time.
It is worth pointing out though that he only has one Premier League season under his belt.
And although he was brilliant for the Seagulls last term, it’s still a bit of a gamble on the Gunners’ part if and when the move to the Emirates Stadium goes through.
