Sport are reporting that Leeds United are on the verge of signing Junior Firpo from Barcelona.

Spanish news outlet Sport are claiming today that Junior will join Leeds in the summer transfer window.
Talks between Leeds, Barcelona and Firpo are well advanced, and an agreement could be reached in the next 24 to 48 hours.
Leeds will pay Barcelona €15 million (£12.87 million) in transfer fees for the 24-year-old left-back.
The Spaniard preferred to join AC Milan, but Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds have convinced him to make the move to Elland Road.
The report has added that Leeds director of football Victor Orta and head coach Bielsa have convinced the 24-year-old.
The left-back has been assured that he will play a leading role in the team next season.

Firpo is a left-back, and that is the position Leeds need(ed_ to reinforce this summer.
The Whites relied on Ezgjan Alioski to fill it at left-back last season, but the North Macedonia is a winger by trade.
Firpo has failed to make a huge impact at Barcelona, but the 24-year-old could get back to his best at Leeds.
The Spanish left-back made three starts and four substitute appearances in La Liga, and made one start and five substitute appearances in the Champions League last season.
