According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Victor Orta is expecting some movement with transfers at Leeds soon.
What’s the story?
Well, after bidding for Celtic’s teenage star Matthew Anderson, the club’s Sporting Director is also focusing on first-team additions.
Orta is targeting a left-back, centre-midfielder and a winger this summer.
Interestingly, the YEP revealed that Leeds are expecting developments on two of these three positions over the next fortnight.
Across the next 14 days, Orta is said to be hopeful of movement in Leeds’ search for a new left-back and centre-midfielder.
Sadly, things don’t sound as promising in the club’s pursuit of a winger.

However, there is plenty of time to sign one.
Who could be arriving?
So, the YEP believe a left-back and centre-midfielder could soon arrive at Elland Road, but who could they be?
Well, Leeds are said to be in talks with Ajax over the signing of Nicolas Tagliafico, so he could potentially be the left-back in question.
In midfield, Leeds have also been heavily linked with Cagliari workhorse Nahitan Nandez, who Marcelo Bielsa is insistent on signing.

We could be wrong.
However, in our view, seeing as Tagliafico and Nandez have been the most frequently linked left-back and midfielder, it’s likely these are the signings Orta is hopeful on.
Only time will tell – keep your eyes peeled.
