West Ham defender, Vladimir Coufal, told beIN SPORTS that he hopes Jack Grealish will ‘move from Aston Villa to a better club’.

The West Ham player made the comments about the Villa man after England beat the Czech Republic 1-0 at Wembley on Tuesday evening at Euro 2020.

Villa’s expert ball-carrier actually provided the assist for the only goal of the game yesterday, which came from the left-hand side when he outfoxed West Ham’s tough-tacking defender.

And whilst Coufal praised Grealish as a ‘fantastic’ footballer, it’s his comments about him going to a ‘better club’ that will anger Villa fans.

“Jack is a fantastic football player,” said Coufal. “To be honest, I am great(ful) that I can play against him and against other players.

“Sometimes you have better games and sometimes you have bad games. It’s football.

“As I said, Jack is a fantastic player and I hope he will move from Aston Villa to a better club.”

Just like the recently concluded Premier League season, Grealish was kicked about on a number of occasions by Coufal, as he struggled to deal with him

But that was all topped off by the Englishman when he cut onto his weaker foot in the first half, from Coufal’s side, and lofted a lovely weighted cross for Raheem Sterling to head home.

In truth, England should have scored more during the first 45 minutes, whilst the tempo of the whole game dropped when they all come back out after the break.
