Manhattan City Council’s candidate Zack Weiner went viral for his leaked video, and he has no regrets about it!
The video of Zack first surfaced online on Twitter after being shared by an anonymous user. The video was further shared by other users on the platform, and in no time Zack became a viral sensation. However, the video had no impact on Zack or his campaign.
Who is Zack Weiner?
According to his campaign website, Zack is a WGA Screenwriter, actor, and film producer. His experience helped him generate novel ideas. Zack had been active during his college days as well.
When he was in college, Zack co-founded Stag Pictures along with his three friends. His company has already produced three movies, which altogether grossed in excess of $1 million.
Zack was also crowned National History Day City Wide Champion. This pushed him further to think about shaping New York City’s future. His website further adds that Zack is “writing a better script for tomorrow’s New York.”
Manhattan City Council candidate’s video explored
The video of Zack came to light after an anonymous user posted it on Twitter. As reported by New York Post, the post read: “My magnificent domme friend played with Upper West Side city council candidate Zack Weiner and I’m the only one who has the footage.”
In the video, Zack was spotted with his girlfriend. He confirmed the video is real, and it was made about 18 months ago.
Response to the leaked footage explored
Zack did not hesitate to issue a response to the leaked footage. In a statement, he wrote: “Whoops. I didn’t want anyone to see that, but here we are. I am not ashamed of the private video circulating of me on Twitter. This was a recreational activity that I did with my friend at the time, for fun.”
He continued: “Like many young people, I have grown into a world where some of our most private moments have been documented online. While a few loud voices on Twitter might chastise me for the video, most people see the video for what it is: a distraction.”
He concluded the post by writing: “I trust that voters will choose a city council representative based on their policies and their ability to best serve the community.
