According to Takvim, Fenerbahce are ‘attacking from all sides’ for Leeds United utility man Ezgjan Alioski with his contract set to expire.

The 29-year-old is currently focused on playing at Euro 2020, as he is turning out for North Macedonia.

He will ultimately have to make a decision soon, and whilst Alioski was expected to head elsewhere in Turkey when his Leeds deal expires, Fenerbahce are keen to swoop in.

Fenerbahce’s move

It’s claimed that Fenerbahce want to bring in a new left back having been left unconvinced by Caner Erkin and Filip Novak last season.

Fenerbahce have allegedly contacted Alioski’s representatives in the hope of finding out his wage demands and teeing up a move for the Leeds man.

Trabzonspor and Besiktas are also thought to be keen, but it’s Fenerbahce now seemingly pushing for a deal.

What is Leeds’ stance on Alioski?

The Mirror claimed just a matter of days ago that Victor Orta is back in talks with Alioski in the hope of thrashing out a deal.

Leeds wouldn’t make Alioski an improved deal though, and he would have to accept the terms already on the table; the terms he seemingly wasn’t happy with.

Marcelo Bielsa is thought to be a big fan of Alioski, but Fenerbahce’s interest means a Leeds stay is now in danger again.
