Tuttosport has also credited the Serie A outfit with interest in the 34-year-old France international goalkeeper this summer.
Jose Mourinho’s verdict
Mourinho said on talkSPORT (9:54am, June 11, 2021): “Lloris, of course, Lloris is a very good goalkeeper. Top goalkeeper.”
Hugo Lloris to AS Roma?
The Daily Mail has reported that Tottenham are looking at Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
Spurs are reportedly preparing for a potential exit of Lloris.

The France international has been at Spurs since the summer of 2012 when he joined from Lyon.
The Daily Mail claimed at the time that Tottenham paid £8 million to sign Lloris.
The Frenchman has proven to be a bargain signing for Spurs since then.
Lloris has played his role in Spurs challenging for the Premier League title in recent years and also reaching the Champions League final in 2019.
However, Spurs need to look forward now.
If Lloris wants to leave, then Spurs should let him go for a good transfer fee.
Tottenham should then use that money to sign an upgrade.
