The account of a truck stop, supposedly in the Weaber Valley Region, just posted the most bizarre tweet, featuring an Amy Schumer lookalike with a teardrop tattoo – there is a lot to unpack here.

The tweet recently went viral, leaving many users baffled.

What did Celina 52 Truck Stop tweet?

Using the same image of Amelia (pictured above), the truck stop account initially tweeted: “Who says only men can drive trucks?? Big Rig driver Amelia stopped in this morning to turn in her Cranking The Hog Reward Points and redeemed this brand new mini fridge valued at over $500 due to the Monster Energy branding. Thanks for continuing to let us service you!”

Shortly after, the account followed this tweet with a particularly odd second tweet, writing: “Prize winner Amelia wanted us to point out that her teardrop tattoo is not because she murdered anyone. She accidentally killed a pedestrian once after falling asleep at the wheel and got the tattoo to honor their memory.”

This was then followed up with a promotion for a t-shirt: “Get the shirt here. NO Youth sizes.”

Why did the Amy Schumer lookalike picture shock Twitter?

Almost immediately, the follow-up tweet caught the attention of thousands of Twitter users.

As you can see, Amelia (pictured in the tweet) can easily be likened to comedian and actress, Amy Schumer. In fact, the resemblance is so uncanny, ‘Amy Schumer’ started trending on Twitter!

Users were left utterly confused at the tweet, as the truck stop account nonchalantly mentioned the accidental death of a pedestrian.

If the tweet wasn’t wild enough on its own, the image of Amelia shows a sign in the background, reading ‘stop pooping in our parking lot’ – obviously confusing users even more.

Whilst some social media users aren’t sure what to believe, many are convinced that the whole thing is a ‘bit’. One user took to Twitter, writing: “The Celina 52 Truck Stop is pretty clearly a parody account, and honestly a pretty funny one. Surprised few if any people sharing the viral tweet have caught on to this yet.”

Another wrote: “I’m anxiously awaiting the day everyone realizes Celina 52 Truck Stop is a parody account. Until then, y’alls reactions to their stuff is funnier than the initial posts.”
