According to Football.London, Arsenal technical director Edu is planning to bring in over £60 million in player sales in the summer transfer window.
The report has claimed that Arsenal plan to sell a number of players this summer and hope to rake in over £60 million.
Granit Xhaka is one of the players that the Gunners are hoping to offload, with AS Roma keen, according to the report.
Sensible stance
Arsenal do have a lot of players, especially in defence, and it would make sense for the Gunners to offload them.
There are also some young(er) players that could struggle to play consistently in the first team.
Those players could also be among those that Edu is reportedly planning to sell.
Arsenal are a rich club, but the North London outfit do not play in the Champions League regularly anymore.

In fact, next season, the Gunners will not even be in the Europa League.
Arsenal simply cannot afford to buy players without selling some.
It will be interesting to see if Arsenal are able to get in over £60 million in player sales this summer.
It is also important to use that money to fund players that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta needs and wants.
